By creating an account or using The Never Panic 7-Figure Trader ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You will provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One person per account; do not share access.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, or harmful behavior toward other users or staff.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
- No copying or redistributing premium lessons, PDFs, or videos.
Content & intellectual property
Lessons, plans, videos, PDFs, and other materials provided through the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view them inside your account only.
Payments
Where applicable, fees are described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Trading involves substantial risk — see our Disclaimer.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
